Waterfront bungalow on the shores of Lake Ontario near to Presqu'ile Provincial Park
Our waterfront bungalow has its own little pebble beach just minutes from Presqu'ile PP which is renown for it's migratory bird population. We live on the outskirts of the quaint little town of Brighton, we are just 30 minutes by car to 'The County' (Prince Edward) and 30 mins west to Cobourg. There are many things to do in our area, cycle trails, walking trails, bird watching, water activities, wine tours, shopping.
We are lucky to have an all season destination! Fall is beautiful in our area too with the gently rolling Northumberland Hills and many studio tours if you are an art appreciator/collector. Winter brings snow shoeing and cross country skiing in the park and surrounding area.
The nearest city is Belleville approx 40 minutes by car. Kingston is a delightful city to visit and is 1.15 minutes away.
The bungalow is open concept with very high cathedral ceilings making it feel airy. There is a gally kitchen area, dining area and lounge area.
For those with mobility issues, there are two steps up into the entrance porch. The rest of the bungalow is on one level. There are 5 steps down from the back deck. The shower in the smaller bathroom is a small step in.

We live on a circle which is very quiet for traffic. There are approx 20 houses around us. We are 6 kms from the town centre of Brighton and 3km to the entrance of Presqui'ile park.
There are a few farm shops nearby to buy free range eggs and other commodities.
