Our home has plenty of space with 6 bedrooms, a backyard that’s great for relaxing or play, and a park right at the end of the street

Westlea Drive is a quiet, family-friendly street lined with mature trees and well-kept homes, where neighbours wave hello and children ride their bikes in the evenings.

Within minutes, you’ll find local shops, cafes, bakeries, and the weekly farmers’ market featuring fresh Niagara produce. Parks, walking trails, and playgrounds are close by, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors. For day trips, Smithville is ideally located between Hamilton and Niagara Falls, with wineries, hiking trails, and Lake Ontario beaches just a short drive away.
