Welcome to our stone house typical of Caen! You will have a pleasant stay there, in the countryside and just ten minutes from Caen city center, the Memorial and 20km from the nearest D-Day beaches.
The house is spacious, facing south, but remains very cool inside in summer, thanks to the stone walls. It is surrounded by a garden with a paved terrace and a private cul-de-sac on the north side where you can park your vehicle.
We would be happy to share it with you during an exchange of our stone house dating from the end of the 19th century but entirely renovated by us in a contemporary spirit while retaining the charm of the old. Functional and spacious, it has a kitchen, a large living/dining room and 5 bedrooms, the first on the ground floor with its adjoining bathroom, two others on the first floor where there is also a bathroom, then two other bedrooms in the attic.
Our animals (fish in a large aquarium and two chickens who will thank you and exchange eggs for gourmet attention) will keep you company during your stay!
The piano is also available to musical visitors!
Our garden produces raspberries and rhubarb in summer, and you can enjoy sunny days on the terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a large parasol.
