Flat in JAEN, Spain . As I am retired I can exchange any time and it can be non simultaneous . I am available for short periods, in Spain, or long ones abroad. I can also offer an apartment on the beach in Salobreña, Granada
Big attic in the town of Jaen with lovely terrace full of plants and nice view of a muslim castle. Jaen is not a tourist town that´s why it is very cheap to go out for tapas and drinking.
The towns of Baeza and Ubeda, which are 45 kms from Jaen, have both been declared world heritage. Jaen is surrounded
by the beautiful mountains of Magina, Cazorla y Segura las Villas. This together with the millions of olive groves make what is called "un mar de olivos". Granada and Cordoba are less than an hour drive from Jaen.
I also offer a beautiful apartment on the beach. It is on the 11th floor with a stunning wiew to the mediterranean sea. The condominium has an olimpic swimming pool. tennis court and private gardens. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room and a fantastic terrace looking at the sea.

Nice flat close to beach, perfect holiday surrondings
The description of Inez's accommodation is very accurate. A well-equipped and pleasant apartment with a large balcony that has a wonderful view of the sea and over the rooftops towards the mountains. It is close to the beach, the private pool area and a nice little private park. It is a 20 minute walk to the centre of Salobrena, which is a beautiful town with a lot of attractions and many restaurants and shops. We rented a car while we were there and within a short distance from Salobrena there is a lot to do and visit. We had good contact with Inez before our exchange. We were warmly welcomed by Inez who showed us around and told us about the surroundings. Our apartment was well cleaned and in good order when she left it.
Everything worked in excellent way with Ines and as our first non-simultaneous exchange this was very positive experience.
Salobrena is a place for us to return to; we all loved our stay in Inés' flat, that is, my teenage girls and me, their grandmother. The flat itself had everything we needed, the location was prefect, the village both charming and safe - for the youngsters. We were well received, and the communication with our host was very effective, who also organised transfer for us from the airport..

I travel on my own most of the times. Occasionally a friend comes with me but not very often
I am open to all offers including non simultaneous exchanges. I can travel during Xmas, Easter and July- August.
Traveling is my passion. From hiking to museums I take any opportunity the exchange
offers me. It is important for me to leave my homes in perfect conditions and I also expect thesame from my partners. Needless to say I always leave my guests homes
clean and tidy .
