We enjoyed successful many swaps and we even look for places we've never seen before.
Surprise us, show us the beautiful spots of this world. We like also visit the cities of Europe for a longer weekend stay.

We recommend our booming town and you can travel to Berlin, Dresden or Weimar in a short time.
Our bright flat has a open floor plan with living and study area and kitchen - sleepingroom and bathroom, tub and shower is seperated. In summertime we relax and enjoy our own little garden in the backyard.
We have TV-Flatscreen with BlueRay Player and 3D, stereo sound, Apple-TV ... free fast WLAN with flatrate ... refrigerator, washing mashine and dryer, espresso machine, oatmeal squeeze, juice press, blender, stove, dehydrator, sorry no microwave or diswasher (the existing dishwasher is used as a cupboard).
We have 2 bicycles available to be used.

Our flat is in Leipzig Eutritzsch, north of the City centre - just 3 stops by tram to the main Station.
We walk to the city center in about 20 minutes.

We have 4 children and 6 grandchildren together.
Silke (66) works in an energy Power company and will retire on February 1, 2026 and Ralf (68) is still private.
He is a passionate angler.
We like to go out, enjoy the vegetarian food culture, meet with friends or attend events such as theaters and concerts. We move around in the fresh air, ride a bike, do sports, go swimming and go to the sauna. We are non-smokers and would like to ask you not to smoke in our apartment.

Sometimes we like to travel with either our 2 friends - if it’s possible. However, we can only offer 2 beds.

Silke (66) ist in einem Energieunternehmen beschäftigt und wird am 1.Februar 2026 in Rente gehen und Ralf (68) ist bereits Privatier. Er ist passionierter Angler.
Wir gehen gern aus, geniessen die vegetarische Esskultur, treffen uns mit Freunden oder besuchen Veranstaltungen wie Theater und Konzerte. Genausogern bewegen wir uns an der frischen Luft, fahren Rad, treiben Sport, gehen schwimmen und in die Sauna. Wir sind Nichtraucher und möchten Sie bitten, dass auch Sie nicht in unserer Wohnung rauchen.
